At ValoraLight, we make every effort to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if the ordered product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

Product condition: The item should be undamaged, unused, and complete, packed in the original box with tags, documentation, and all accessories.

How to return a product?

Return label: in case of an eligible return, you will receive a label to print and attach to the package.

Shipping: send the package via the carrier indicated in the received instructions.

No additional fees: we do not charge any handling fees or restocking fees (Restocking fee: 0.00 PLN/AUD).
Refund

Verification: after receiving the package, we will check if the item meets the return policy requirements.

Transfer: the refund is made to the same payment method used for the purchase. The process usually takes up to 7 business days, depending on the bank or payment operator.
Exchange
