At ValoraLight, we make every effort to ensure your orders reach you smoothly, safely, and comfortably. That’s why we offer free standard delivery throughout Poland, regardless of the order value.

Delivery Area

These terms apply to all shipments sent to addresses located in Poland.

Processing Time

When placing an order, you can expect the following stages:

Cut-off time: orders placed by 5:00 PM (CET/CEST) are prepared the same business day; orders placed later are prepared the next day.
Packing and preparation: usually takes 1 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Courier delivery: transport typically takes 6 to 8 business days (Monday–Friday).
Total estimated delivery time: approximately 7–10 business days from the time of purchase.

Delivery Costs

Standard shipping: completely free within Poland.
We do not charge any additional fees or handling charges.

Shipment Issues

In case of delays, damage, or loss of your shipment, please contact our customer service immediately. We will handle the matter and take action to resolve the issue with the carrier as quickly as possible.

Shipment Tracking

After your package is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the delivery status in real time via our order tracking page.
