Refund policy

30 days to withdraw from purchase

At ValoraLight we make every effort to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if the ordered product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

Delivery time and cost

  • Poland: 5–10 business days.

  • Australia (AU): 7–12 business days.

Return conditions

  • Return period: You have the right to return the order within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Product condition: The item should be undamaged, unused, and complete, packed in the original box with tags, documentation, and all accessories.

  • Easy process: Our customer service team will guide you step-by-step through the return procedure.

  • Statutory rights (Australia): Our policies do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You have the right to repair, replacement, or refund in case of a major product fault.

Return costs

  • Damaged or incorrect product: If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the return is free of charge for you.

  • Voluntary return (e.g., wrong size, change of mind): In this case, the customer covers the shipping cost. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Return label:

  • For defective or incorrectly delivered products, you will receive a free shipping label from us.

  • For voluntary returns, the customer arranges and pays for the shipment themselves.

How to return a product?

  1. Contact us: send a message to info@valoralight.com providing your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive instructions: we will send you confirmation and detailed guidance on the next steps.

  3. Prepare the package: pack the product in the original packaging, include tags, documents, and accessories.

  4. Return label: if eligible for return, you will receive a label to print and attach to the package.

  5. Shipping: send the package via the carrier specified in the instructions you received.

  6. No additional fees: we do not charge any handling fees or restocking fees (Restocking fee: 0.00 PLN/AUD).

Refund

  • Verification: after receiving the package, we will check if the item meets the return policy requirements.

  • Transfer: refunds are made to the same payment method used for the purchase. The process usually takes up to 7 business days, depending on the bank or payment operator.

Exchange

If you want to exchange the product for a different model, size, or color, contact us, and we will quickly arrange the exchange.
